Summer School to Learn from Nature

We hold the “Summer School to Learn from Nature” in August every year for elementary and junior high school students in Saitama City. The purpose of this outreach program is to deepen children’s understanding of nature and to cultivate their interest in natural sciences through insect collecting, star gazing, mineral collecting, and observing nature with the cooperation of the Tateiwa Children’s Nature Center in Minami-Aizu Town, Fukushima Prefecture.
